Tammy Linton, Owner / President

Tammy LintonAn upstate New York transplant, Go Orange Men!! Tammy has been with RDS for over 22 years. She truly is a hands on owner. Tammy holds a degree in Business Administration & Accounting. She began her career at RDS as the receptionist, while that position only lasted a month ,she was then promoted to the Accounting Department where she developed an accounting program for RDS and streamlined a new automated billing process. While still in the Accounting Dept she began working alongside the original owners developing procedures and making operational changes, leading her into the position of Vice President. Tammy has worked in almost every position within the company along the way, from marketing, accounting, shipping, to performing laboratory analysis, and field testing. To this day she still enjoys being as actively involved in what she is so proud to now call “her” company. Tammy is an ACAC Council Certified Residential Mold Inspector, and is very active in the indoor air quality field. Tammy is a mom to four wonderful children, Nicole 24, Justin 20, Spencer 20,and Heather 16. She has been married to her best friend and business partner Mark for 18 wonderful years. Tammy enjoys riding her Harley Fat Boy, camping, hiking and bike riding and just enjoying the special times with her family.

Mark Linton, Owner / Vice President

Mark LintonA Missouri native, and transplanted in Colorado via Texas, and California. Mark brings to the company over 25 years of construction experience. Mark has held his professional certification in radon mitigation and radon testing through NEHA for over 15 years. Mark heads our radon mitigation department. Mark’s vast knowledge of construction enables him to provide our customers with a specifically designed aesthetic radon mitigation system for their home or business. Mark has been married to the love of his life Tammy for 17 years and is a proud father to four wonderful children. In his spare time, Mark enjoys riding his Harley Road Glide, Top Fuel drag racing, camping and hiking with his family.

Don Humphrey

Arriving on a corn wagon from the great state of Nebraska, Don is our radon mitigation supervisor and asbestos inspector. Don has over 10 years of radon mitigation experience backed by several years in the construction industry. Don has been a valuable addition to our mitigation and asbestos departments. Don is a proud dad to 3 beautiful children and enjoys spending his time discovering Colorado and spending quality time with his family. We all enjoy Don’s great sense of humor and personality.
